Coconut Oil is a solid at room temperature, but becomes a liquid when you heat it, because Coconut Oil is a saturated fat (hence its bad reputation!). However, Dr Oz said that Coconut Oil is made up of Medium Chain Fatty Acids which get dissolved into your blood and metabolized by your liver with no problems. Steaks on the other hand are made up of Large Chain Fatty Acids which do not go to the liver to be metabolized and they make you fat.
